Job Summary

Responsible in establishing & monitoring project progress by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure alignment with approved plans. The role serves as a central point for performance monitoring and providing insights to support compliance and timely decision-making for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive project management frameworks, standards, and tools to support consistent project execution in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage project templates, tools and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify potential risks, issues, and change management.
  • Prepare and present detailed, data driven report, project status, dashboards and portfolio level insight to executive management and stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate project reviews, gate reviews, and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and objectives, highlight issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers/project owners and functional leads to forecast and manage resource demand and allocation across multiple projects.
  • Identify and mitigate resource conflicts, interdependencies, and risks to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop robust and tailored reporting mechanisms for different stakeholders’ group.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiative with PMO, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices to enhance project delivery capability.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a project management or within Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI is highly desired.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and processes.
  • Proficient in project portfolio management tools and software
  • Industry experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
